When making an appointment the time we allocate for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As you may already be aware, we often have a waitlist of valued clients who would like nothing more than to come and see us. When you book a treatment with us, we guarantee you this time and appoint a skilled therapist to take care of your needs. We request that you please advise us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged. If using a gift voucher, 50% of the voucher will be charged if your cancellation is received with less than 24 hours notice. You will be personally phoned or sent a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment with us to confirm your booking and as acknowledgement of this policy. Understandably, cancellations have a significant impact on our business and therefore we do need to endorse our cancellation policy and trust that you accept our need to do so.
