
To address the increased demand for appointments and to maintain our commitment to helping our clients achieve their skin goals, we require a booking deposit to secure your appointment and minimise late cancellations.
We know sometimes things can happen, so if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please note that we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule your booking less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee by either using the deposit supplied at the time of booking or on your next appointment.
